When we visited the San Xavier mission in Tucson last year there were all these dogs running around without obvious owners, most of them looking thin or matted or injured in some way.
I'm not sure what that big scabby thing on her head is because I didn't get close enough to look at it carefully, but it didn't look good. Not to mention she's about the skinniest pitbull I've ever seen... |
